Rdr1 Terms & Conditions – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Online Casino Platform

1Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the rdr1 platform, including the website, mobile application, games, payment services, and all related content provided by rdr1 to its users in Malaysia.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with Privacy Policy rdr1 and Responsible Gaming Guide ours, all of which together form a complete and binding agreement between you and rdr1.

Rdr1 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice, unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the rdr1 platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We therefore encourage you to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically.

2Member Eligibility

To be eligible for membership and to use rdr1's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership.
• An individual residing or domiciled in Malaysia.
• Must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Malaysian law.
• Has never been suspended or banned from the rdr1 platform previously for any reason.
• Is not an employee, contractor, or representative of rdr1 or any of its affiliated companies.

Rdr1 reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification at any time. Should it be established that a member does not meet the eligibility requirements — in particular the minimum age of 18 — rdr1 will close the account immediately and withhold any remaining balance, subject to further investigation.

3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to register and maintain one (1) rdr1 account at any one time. Holding multiple accounts — whether in your own name, a family member's, or anyone else's — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts involved and the forfeiture of any balances or winnings.

You are solely responsible for:

• Provide registration information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete at all times.
• Keeping your account information up to date whenever there are any changes.
• Keep your account password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether with or without your knowledge.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact the rdr1 support team immediately at [email protected]. rdr1 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

4Deposit & Payment Methods

Rdr1 supports a range of legitimate and recognised digital payment methods in Malaysia to make depositing easy for you:

• Digital Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Direct Transfer: DuitNow
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks

The minimum deposit into your rdr1 account is RM 20 per transaction. There is no general daily maximum deposit limit, except for any limit you set yourself through the responsible gaming controls in your account.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. rdr1 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Should a deposit be found to have been made through another person's account, rdr1 reserves the right to suspend the transaction and request further verification.

5Withdrawal of Winnings

Winnings you earn from playing on rdr1 may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per application.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name — using the same method as your deposit.
• Winnings derived from bonus usage are subject to the applicable wagering requirements and must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Rdr1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding RM 5,000.

Withdrawal processing times typically range from 1 to 24 hours after the request has been verified. Processing may take longer during public holidays or weekends depending on the chosen payment method. rdr1 does not charge any processing fees for standard withdrawals.

Should any suspicious activity or information discrepancy be detected, rdr1 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing while an internal investigation is conducted. rdr1's decision in such matters is final and binding.

6Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Programme

Rdr1 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our valued members. All such offers are subject to the specific terms stated for each promotion, and in general:

• Welcome bonuses and deposit bonuses are only eligible for one claim only each user.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (e.g. 10× to 30× the bonus value) that must be met before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without first meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• Rdr1 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through dishonest means, including the creation of multiple accounts or exploitation of the system.
• All promotions have a clearly stated expiry date — any unused bonus credits remaining after the expiry date will be automatically forfeited.

7Game Rules & Conditions

All games available on rdr1 — including Keno, Crash X, Gonzo Treasure, Football Studio, Live Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo Live, and Crystal Caverns — are operated in accordance with the individual rules set by their respective game providers and rdr1.

Important things to know about gaming at rdr1:

• All games use an independently audited and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure complete fairness and transparency.
• The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game is a long-term estimate based on millions of rounds — it does not guarantee returns within any individual session.
• Any technical disruptions or system failures occurring during a game session will be resolved based on rdr1's official server records, and rdr1's decision in such matters is final.
• Rdr1 reserves the right to suspend or void a game round in the event of a clear technical error — and the wagered amount will be refunded to the member's account.

8Prohibited Conduct

Rdr1 members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following while using our platform:

• Registering or maintaining more than one rdr1 account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Exploiting any bugs, system vulnerabilities, or technical errors within the rdr1 platform.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes, including in multiplayer games.
• Using funds from illegal sources or engaging in any money laundering activities through the rdr1 platform.
• Transferring account balances to another rdr1 member without prior written approval from rdr1.
• Abusing promotions or bonuses in ways not intended by rdr1, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.

Any violation of the above prohibitions will result in immediate action by rdr1, including but not limited to account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of any balances or winnings without compensation.

9Account Suspension & Closure

Rdr1 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so, including:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Requests from relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting rdr1 support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all outstanding bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited, and only the real money balance (not the bonus balance) will be eligible for a final withdrawal.

For self-exclusion requests made on responsible gambling grounds, rdr1 will process the request promptly and the account will be restricted within 24 hours. Any real money balance will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.

10Privacy & Data Protection

• Financial losses resulting from unfavourable game outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by scheduled system maintenance or unexpected outages.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Acts or omissions by third parties, including payment service providers.

Rdr1 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, free from errors, or that any bugs will be resolved within a specific timeframe. That said, we are committed to maximising uptime and will provide advance notice for any scheduled maintenance.

13Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Rdr1 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. For material or significant amendments, rdr1 will notify members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before those amendments take effect.

Your continued use of the rdr1 platform after the effective date of any amendments shall be deemed your acceptance of the revised Terms. The latest version of these Terms & Conditions is always accessible on this page, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will reflect the date of the most recent amendment.

If you do not agree with any amendments, you have the right to close your rdr1 account by contacting our support team before the amendments take effect.
